I have had a hard disk crash and although I take a daily backup I did not find out until I tried to restore that this does not include my emails. For any clients that have booked the only thing I will have lost is what tours or special requirements you wanted. Dinner on arrival, a tour of the West Bank etc that sort of thing. Your actual booking, numbers in your party and arrival details are held on an external database so no need to worry. I have sent an email out to all outstanding bookings asking you to resend our correspondence.
